Material limitations:

• Certain delicate materials: We love the beauty of natural materials, but engraving can be tricky on items like sterling silver, marble, quartz, porcelain, PVC, or carbon fiber. These might crack or react poorly to the engraving process.

• Tempered glass: The heat used in engraving can shatter tempered glass, so unfortunately, it's off-limits for our artistic touch.

Design restrictions:

• Super fine details: While we can handle intricate designs, extremely small or delicate lines might not translate well due to the limitations of the engraving process. Think bold and beautiful!

• Copyright and trademarks: We respect intellectual property, so we can't engrave designs or logos that we don't have the rights to.

Content limitations:

• Offensive or discriminatory messages: We believe in spreading love and positivity, so anything hateful or hurtful won't be engraved under our roof.

• Personal information: While personalization is our forte, we won't engrave sensitive information like addresses or phone numbers for privacy reasons.
