Shipping policy

Most of our personalized item's ship in 1-3 days by the methods listed at checkout.  Orders over 12 items allow 3-5 days for production. Expedited shipping speeds up the in-transit time but does not reduce the production time. Rush Production service is available for $20 per order for qualifying products and orders.

We are not responsible for any carrier delays in delivery. Please leave an extra "buffer" day if delivery by a specific date is critical - weather and carrier delays do occur.
