When can I expect my order?
Most of our personalized items ship in 1-3 days by the methods listed at checkout. Orders over 12 items allow 7-10 days for production. Expedited shipping speeds up the in-transit time but does not reduce the production time. Rush Production service is available upon request for qualifying products and orders.
We are not responsible for any carrier delays in delivery. Please leave an extra "buffer" day if delivery by a specific date is critical - weather and carrier delays do occur.
